Disney to buy Marvel – Waiting on Stock holding and anti trust review

Interesting move on Disney’s part. Marvel is already poised to take over the minds and imagination of young men all around the world. We’ve seen this with the success of the recent marvel movies, well Wolverine exempt. Disney is sure to manage the brands differently then internal Marvel is used to. This could be a match made in heaven, or that train wreck you can stop looking at.
My only concern: Will Marvel franchise maintain there level of violence and adult content? And how about Universal having a Marvel properties ride in florida.
Good time to sit back and watch how this develops.
